The Lobe Piercing
The Lobe Piercing is one of the most popular piercings, it can be be pierced from the age of 3 days old. On a female, you get the lobe pierced on both ears However on a male you usually get the lobe pierced on either the left or the right ear. There is a myth, that if a male gets his right ear pierced he is homosexual, and if he gets his left he is 'straight'.
Some people have different sized ears, which means some people may have smaller lobes so this effects how many lobe piercings you can fit on to your ear (depending on the spacing of the piercing)
